The planning department of Schendel & Pawlaczyk increased by a creative head: Since April 1st Sabrina Hoof strengthen the team +++
After studying interior design in Hannover and working for a planning office in Cologne for a half a year, Sabrina Hoof wanted to return back home – she is born in Greven close to Münster. She emphasizes the “very professional induction program”. “I appreciate it very much that I am not thrown in at the deep end. At the beginning I received a schedule for the first six weeks and now I put this plan into action with strong support of my colleagues.”
After being introduced to the software, she already started planning their first projects. “Firstly, they draft exhibition stands, which have been built up similarly before. Afterwards, they will plan projects with minor changes and finally they will develop new concepts – step by step”, says Piotr Michalowski who is the personal “Big Brother” of Sabrina Hoof during her induction program and also thereafter. At the beginning of May, Sabrina Hoof will experience “booth building you can touch” as they will accompany the construction process of the exhibition stand from Weber Maschinenbau at the IFFA in Frankfurt together with their mentors.
“We are very happy to welcome Mrs. Hoof and thereby strengthen our team with a young and qualified creative head. She will contribute to our mission to satisfy the high standard of design which our customers expect. I wish her a great start at our company”, says Frank Schendel, executive director of Schendel & Pawlaczyk.
